Robo-Boy (Get Stealthy)
A downloadable game for Windows
This game was created for the 2018 GMTK Game Jam!
The theme for this game jam was “genre without mechanic”. We spent hours trying to nail down what we thought was the perfect idea. There were, of course, a lot of goofy options: visual story adventures without the visuals and a logger simulator but there are no trees. After many ideas we came up with our little Robo-Boy! He’s in a stealth game but he can’t be stealthy.
Now, join Robo-Boy on his quest to solve some puzzles and avoid his enemies. Be smart and be stealthy (except you can’t really be stealthy, whoops!).
This is our first game jam and we hope you enjoy the first game we’ve ever finished!
Controls;
Navigate menus using your mouse and left click
Pause: Escape or Start
Movement: WASD or Left Stick
Sprint: Left Shift or A

Running the game;
To run Robo-Boy, download the zip file provided here. Navigate to your download location and unzip the file. Now, simply double-click "RoboBoyStealth.exe" and the game will launch!
Windows Defender Notice;
Please note that if you have windows defender active the executable may throw an unverified publisher warning. We investigated it and this is because the file is from an unknown publisher (Us!) and the only way to fix it is by submitting a certificate application. Obviously, with the time constraint we can't do that, so, select run anyways and get to work helping Robo-Boy!
